Kerstchocolaatjes met pistache en cranberries binnen 15 minuten!
Deze Kerstchocolaatjes met pistache en cranberry zijn werkelijk supersimpel, en zo lekker! We hebben natuurlijk niet meer zo veel tijd voordat het kerst is, maar deze maak je gewoon tussen de boodschappen door!
Hoeveel personen: 20 chocolaatjes ongeveer
Bereidingstijd: 10 minute
Kooktijd: 5 minute
Wat heb je nodig:
200 g pure chocolade
50 g boter
1 handje gepelde gezouten pistache nootjes
1 handje gedroogde cranberries
1 eetlepel honing
En verder:
2 chocolade vormpjes voor elk rond de 10 chocolaatjes (het is het makkelijkst als het siliconen vormen zijn)
Waterketel
Hoe maak je het:
Zet de waterketel met water te koken.
Pel de pistache nootjes en snij ze in grove stukjes
Snij de cranberries in grove stukjes
Doe de pistach en de cranberry stukjes in de vormpjes. Niet teveel, want anders wordt het brokkelig en kan de chocolade niet goed ertussen komen.
Snij de chocola en doe de stukjes in een pannetje met een dikke bodem en zet het boven op een pan met zacht kokend water. Wacht even, en roer tot de chocolade zacht is geworden. Voeg de boter toe en als alles goed gesmolten en gemengd is, voeg de honing toe.
Giet de chocolade in de vormpjes, over de stukjes pistache en cranberry. Als alle vormpjes vol zijn, beweeg dan even de vorm heen en weer zodat de chocolade goed overall komt.
Herhaal dit met de 2e vorm. Haal het eventueel teveel aan chocolade weg, je moet de vormpjes kunnen zien, het moet niet een egaal blok zijn anders krijg je de vormpjes er niet goed meer uit.
Laat in de koelkast opstijven totdat de chocolaatjes hard zijn, en haal ze voorzichtig uit de vormen.
